Team Challenge Update: Napa-to-Sonoma 2010

Team Challenge Wisconsin is once again participating in the Napa-to-Sonoma Half Marathon. Although I am not running Napa-to-Sonoma this year, I am serving as a mentor for several Team Challenge participants.

Each participant spends 16 weeks training to run or walk the half marathon in order to raise awareness and funds for the treatment and cure of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. They all work hard and it’s for a great cause. If you would like to make a donation to Team Challenge, please consider supporting one or more of the runners/walkers I’m mentoring. Here are the links to their respective fundraising pages:

And if you’re interested in reading about my experience as a participant running the Napa-to-Sonoma Half Marathon in 2009, my wrap-up is posted here.

Thanks for your support of Team Challenge!
